Celebrating seven years of consistent returns

As we mark Zagga's seventh anniversary, I would like to reflect on our journey, and acknowledge our remarkable achievements, to date.

We have grown from an idea into an independent alternative investment manager focused on commercial real estate debt.

Massive thanks to the Zagga team’s dedication and efforts, and our investors’ unwavering support and trust, in getting us to this point. 

I highlight the following:

  • Over $1.80 billion in originations to date, with near 40% of that now through direct repeat business
  • More than $1 billion repaid to investors
  • 0% loss ratio for investors, validating our stringent risk management and loan underwriting capability
  • 4-star ‘Superior’ investment rating by SQM Research for four consecutive years, affirming the strength and stability of our core business
  • Our flagship Zagga Feeder Fund surpassing $100 million in FUM
  • A growing network of over 500 investors, including significant local and international Funders and Family Offices
  • A dedicated team of 30+ staff across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, New Zealand, and Philippines.
  • Increasingly diverse sources of funding, including uniquely characterised Funds both in Australia and Singapore, offering tailored investment options to meet a wide range of investment objectives

Our principal objective is to generate a meaningful return on the cash or near-cash component of our investors’ portfolios without a commensurate increase in risk.  An investment of $100,000 in the Zagga Feeder Fund (est. Dec. 2019), with returns reinvested, would be worth over $150,000 today.
