We operate with an investor first approach

Our high-calibre team has over 200 years’
combined experience in credit, property and
investment management.

Our objective

“We present risk-mitigated CRED opportunities that consistently deliver steady income which, when compounded over many years, constitute highly attractive returns.”

~ Alan Greenstein, CEO & Co-Founder

With our expertise

We are well placed to assist in creating risk-adjusted, stable investment income through our range of secured, private debt investment opportunities.

Why Zagga?

PARTNERSHIP

We treat our borrowers, investors and service providers as partners in our business.

We recognise that partnership requires that the needs of each partner are met.

Every loan transaction is individually assessed on its merits and is aimed at delivering a commercial, flexible and responsive outcome.

TRUST

We operate with an ‘investor first’ approach and will not compromise credit quality over increased return.

The Zagga executive team has over 200 years’ combined experience in analysing, structuring and managing complex loan transactions.

We operate with integrity, transparency and honesty as our core behaviours.

RELATIONSHIP

We intrinsically understand that sustainable business requires long-term relationships.

We inculcate the value of relationships in our team members.

The growth of our business is based on strong relationships with our investors (all of whom have been introduced through word of mouth referral) and our borrowers (of whom 30% are repeat borrowers).
